Free Will
Free will is from the spontaneously sentient self-organization Q* <-> B inherent in these loops in time along the past and future light cones of the Wheeler-Feynman theory.
This self-organization is “tweaked” by Darwinian natural selection from non-SELF environmental pollution or “decoherence”.
This fits Stuart Kauffman’s biology.
