Quantum Coherence
Note that according to the Bekenstein bound, m2 in Gm2/L is a measure of information. Each (Gm2/L)1/2 is a little Feynman amplitude. They are all in phase like in a superfluid from instantaneous Q. So the total effect is the coherent square of N(Gm2/L)1/2. That is N2 rather than N for an nonlocal quantum coherent “phase lock”.
