1.1.4. Traversable Worm Hole Time machines

Create the two ends of the wormhole in the same place at the same time. Move one end of the wormhole into a strong gravity field which slows time down relative to the other stationary end. Enter the end in the strong field and exit the stationary end in the weak field. The time you exit will be before the time you entered. We are measuring time relative to the Hubble flow of the expansion of the universe. Therefore, the temperature of the cosmic blackbody photons at your exit will be higher than it was at your entrance. Alternatively, you can use the twin effect and accelerate one end up to near the speed of light and then bring it back to the stationary end. The clocks just inside the end that took the round trip have a smaller proper time than the ones that stayed behind. But all the clocks inside the wormhole are synchronized to each other, and, therefore, they are at an earlier time from the time you enter. Enter the end that moved and exit the stationary end. You will exit before you enter in the same laboratory and meet your younger self! However, any attempt to create a paradox will be thwarted. You do not have free will to make a paradox. A nonlocal quantum force will prevent a paradox from taking place.
