back in Moscow? I am beginning to grok what he is saying.

Dear Jack,

Thank you very much for sending me PQM materials. I have arguments in

support to your theory with simple experimental consequences. Those

consequences are inevitable from my "coincidence of oppositions" theory

which is proved by derivation of QM, gravitation, magnitude of physical

constants and so on (but the most interesting prediction is the concrete

structure of PQM).

Jack: George's "coincidence of oppositions" corresponds to the Suares cabala

diagram and also to the Wheeler-Feynman idea as well as to the Hermetic

Traditiion that Marshall Naify.described to me.

George: You do rightly connect two types of nonlocality (in QM and in GRT); in

my theory these two theories are generated by the same loops in time.

Jack: David Deutsch talks about loops in time in quantum foam in The Fabric of

Reality and indicates they can appear on a larger scale as well.

George: The same loops generate (in accordance with your suggestion) the right

magnitude of electron mass.

Jack: I think George is connecting his "loops in time" with my "post-quantum

feedback-control loop" between pilot-wave and beable. Since the latter

has both advanced and retarded (Wheeler-Feynman, Cramer TI, Aharonov

multiple time states) contributions, this is not implausible. It would

also connect with Fred Wolf's recent paper on Libet data and with the

claims of precognitive remote viewing -- in a qualitative way of course.

George: In my theory Schrodinger equation depends on

coordinates of all particles (through loops, not through usual forces),

so we have the feedback you described.

Jack: OK! I understand that George. Where are the equations for that? Is it in

the preprint you gave me?

Jack: I can calculate (or play out) the intentions and feelings of those

PQM-particles but this task is not yet completed.

Jack: This is interesting. George is technically correct here because IF as I

hypothesize, the post-quantum feedback loop is fundamentally sentient in

David Chalmer's sense, then George's "PQM-particles" are Eccles Gates,

like the control electrons (which protect the environment against

decoherence) in the hydrophobic cages inside the microtubule dimers.

However, there is probably a minimal complexity, i.e. N = number of

Eccles Gates of quantum switches, which must be nonlocally entangled to

get enough holographic resolution for a sharp conscious experience. In

any case, from George's perspective the old qabalistic ideas begin to

make new sense in the context of post-modern physics. This is extremely

important for 21st century cyber-culture since it ties in with ideas of

PK Dick's VALIS, Vallee's "control", Lilly's "cosmic coincidence

control" and other similar memes. I do not see this all clearly yet, of

course, and the rest of you will no doubt make it clearer in the near

future.

George: All these effects depend on dissipation in near environment (this effect generates also

collapse of psi-function and generate peculiarities of living systems);

Jack: Yes, this corresponds to Prigogine's "dissipative structures" and

Nanopoulos's "quantum friction" from the quantum gravity "W2" level.

George: Here are many simple experiments (besides experiments described in my

lectures at Vigier conference which I had already given you)

demonstrating the above effects which are not small!

Jack: George this has to be shown more clearly and in more detail. We can work

on it in San Francisco in a few months.

George: Dissipation enhance also influence of consciousness on matter - such consciousness

is involved in collapse of psi-function but is not the reason of collapse.

Jack: I think this alludes to Stapp's theory where the post-quantum objective

collapse, also in Penrose, is associated with an inner feel. How does

this compare to Wigner's old ideas on mind-matter?

George: Historically I went from Wheeler-Feynman, but my results turned out in

many ways more interesting. It is a pity we haven't enough time to be together on conference and so I

send to you concise description of my work.

1. In any dynamics with two signs of time we have loops in time and the

response from the Universe and as result of that response we have the

turning of electron along a circle with Compton frequency and have for

these circles the gravitation with right magnitude of gravitational

constant.

2. Analogously in dynamics of consciousness we have some unobservable

dynamics that is generated by the response from other sentient beings in

the Universe.

Jack: This "VALIS" idea should interest Jacques Vallee because of his

"control" hypothesis. It also suggests nonlocal communication.

George: 3. If we have a set of different physical dynamics, their interaction

through common conscious predynamics ensures return of physics to that

initial dynamics.

Jack: I am not sure what 3 means. Does George mean a definite criterion to

pass from post-quantum to quantum physics e.g. self back-action small

compared to non-self decoherence?

George: 4. If we have a set of different conscious dynamics we have mutual

understanding through common physics which may be generated here and

leads to return of that set of dynamics to their initial unity.

5. As result, two above dynamics are unstable in respect of their

mutual interaction and if we would demand stability we would have only

one (unique!) form of such interaction.

Jack: Hal Puthoff and Marc Millis should pay attention here where George uses

"stability". I am just brain-storming here. None of this is rigorous. It

can all be wrong, or not even wrong! But my intuition says it is worth

playing this game right now.

George: 6. As result of calculation (or playing out) of this interaction we have

very weak interaction of usual conscious dynamics with matter, but

strong influence of unobservable conscious dynamics (unconscious) on

matter.

Jack: This rings true. I need to see the math of George's "conscious dynamics".

Remember George is doing this with other Russians some of them are

powerful mathematicians as well as cabalists.

George: 7. As result of calculation there are some configurations of moving

matter that have strong influence on unobservable conscious dynamics.

This is giving me chills up my spine! It's as if I heard it before in

a good episode for a better "X-files"! :-)

George: 8. These two interconnected dynamics are identical to post-quantum

physics.

Jack: George is a very serious man in his late 60's or maybe 70's. His phsics

credentials are good. So we have to take him seriously. I am taking him

seriously.

George: 9. The language of these interactive dynamics I took from the technique

of writing of Jewish Commentary and from Cabala as a part of that

technque.

10. The above mentioned unique form of interaction is identical to the

image of the Creator, generates understanding of sacred canon (Torah) and

in that moment the Creator stands behind our shoulders.

Jack: Jeffrey Mishlove take note!(for your Jewish mystical studies

conference).

George: Here we have a technique of meditation that on appearance is very near

to usual techniques but through special construction and pumping (and

their analogs in conscious dynamics) is capable to change the laws of

physics and to work in special apparates that support the same

dynamics. That ensure the functioning of apparatus - it is possible

because these apparatusess are protections of Name.

Jack: Now here George is alluding to his idea for practical experiments for

Marc Millis's "propellentless propulsion". Here it really gets weird.

This is a crucial test. It is right out of Carl Sagan's "Contact".

Perhaps George is only in a fantasy here? I can't tell yet. I think we

have to play this out according to George's rules and see where it

leads. Will it end like the end of Zorba the Greek or will George's idea

for a real apparatus that allows consciousness amplification for a practical warp drive

like in Carl Sagan's science-factional "Contact" really work? :-)
